The Case: Receiving a tip from Deep Throat about a possible cover-up of a UFO crash site, Mulder travels to Townsend, Wisconsin where he is discovered by the military. While being detained, Mulder encounters a fellow UFO enthusiast and possible alien abductee. Because his position at the FBI is jeopardized, Scully tries to convince her partner to return to DC and abandon his unauthorized investigation while a formless, shapeless being roams the area.
