The Case: Sparked by the deaths of several members of Parliament by being set ablaze, an old flame (Phoebe Green) asks for Mulder’s assistance in protecting a British lord vacationing in Massachusetts. Green tries to rekindle her romance with Mulder as they investigate and Mulder must confront his pyrophobia to catch a man who kills by starting fires with the touch of his hand.
